Kaylee is in heat.
I have to go to the bathroom SO BAD right now, but this is the first time she's been asleep in two days, and the slightest noise or movement will wake her.

By the by, cats in heat are not fun. Even if I had the energy to be amused by her antics, this would still be true.

[EDIT:] Nature won. And now Kaylee seems to be somewhat settled down. THIS IS GOOD. She's eating and wandering around and not mewling pathetically every five seconds. I'm crossing my fingers that the worst is over. Now, where did I put the number for the vet?
