Dylan Meconis, author of the webcomic "Bite Me!" and a contributor to the Flight anthology has been interviewed in-depth over at Wecomics Examiner.

Even if you're not into comics, she's a great humorist, so go read!

And if you are into comics, check out the review Shaenon Garrity (of "Narbonic" and "Lil Mell and Sergio") did about "Bite Me!"

Think I could fit a few more links into this post?

Yeah, Garrison Keillor really doesn't like the current administration.

"This is a great country, and it wasn’t made so by angry people. We have a sacred duty to bequeath it to our grandchildren in better shape than however we found it. We have a long way to go and we’re not getting any younger.

Dante said that the hottest place in Hell is reserved for those who in time of crisis remain neutral, so I have spoken my piece, and thank you, dear reader. It’s a beautiful world, rain or shine, and there is more to life than winning."

I may not agree with the name-calling, but the man makes quite a few good points. But talk about your inflammatory rhetoric. Wow.

A better article, which manages to avoid slinging insults, for the most part, can be found HERE. Normon Solomon always writes an insightful, rational column, and he has a good point about Iraq.

There's just no way to "win" the war. Not at this point. Not with all the crap going on over there (that the media conveniently overlooks 90% of the time). Just reading Ginmar's journal has shown me more than the news ever will.

It's physically painful to contemplate just how many of the things that are going wrong in the world are our fault, and how messy these problems are going to get before we suck it up and fix them.

You know what?

Chronic insomnia sucks.

Mostly because it sneaks up on you without you realizing it.

Repeatedly.

And it won't go away.

I'd post this to the Hat, but it's slash, and something tells me slashfic wouldn't really be up Theresa's alley. But anyway.

DA FUNNY

The best part about this (aside from the moosage) is that it's Salieri.

I love that she writes more than beautiful, depressing epics.
